This Privacy Policy explains how BookedMe ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. We take your privacy seriously.
Provider accounts: When you sign up as a Provider, we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Client booking data: When a client books an appointment through a Provider's page, we collect the client's name, email address, and phone number (optional). This information is shared with the Provider whose services are being booked.
Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to operate and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
Provider account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on all database access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use only functional cookies required to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us. Providers can update their information directly in the dashboard. Clients may contact the Provider whose page they used, or contact us directly.
BookedMe is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Providers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
